Welding torches Acetylene

Oxy-acetylene welding and cutting torches represent a traditional and highly efficient solution for thermal metal processing. Acetylene combined with oxygen delivers the highest flame temperature (up to 3,100 °C) and the most concentrated heat output of all fuel gases. We supply professional acetylene torches, handles, mixing attachments, and cutting nozzles designed for precise welding, brazing, cutting, and heavy-duty heating in workshops and industrial environments.

Why Choose Acetylene Torches for Oxy-Fuel Applications?

Selecting the right oxy-fuel equipment directly impacts operator safety, weld quality, and cutting speed. Acetylene torches offer several key advantages:

• Extreme Temperature and Fast Heating: High flame calorific value ensures rapid preheating, minimizing thermal distortion of surrounding materials during welding and cutting.

• Application Versatility: With interchangeable attachments, a single torch handle can easily switch between welding thin sheet metal, heavy steel heating, or high-pressure cutting.

• Precise Gas Control: Quality regulation valves on the handle allow fine-tuning of the acetylene-to-oxygen ratio to achieve neutral, carburizing, or oxidizing flames tailored to the specific metal.

• Durable Construction: Heavy-duty brass and stainless-steel bodies withstand high working temperatures, flame flashback risks, and demanding conditions in metal fabrication shops.

How to Choose the Right Acetylene Torch?

When selecting an oxy-acetylene torch and accessories, consider the following parameters:

1. System Type (Combined vs. Dedicated): For maximum versatility, choose a system with a universal handle compatible with various welding attachments and cutting attachments. For exclusive cutting operations, dedicated cutting torches are ideal.

2. Welding and Cutting Thickness Range: Select the correct nozzle size based on material thickness. We offer attachments for thin sheet metal from 0.5 mm up to heavy structural profiles, as well as cutting nozzles capable of slicing through thick steel plates.

3. Compatibility and Safety: Ensure the selected torch matches your existing handle system type. Remember that any oxy-acetylene setup must include safety flashback arrestors installed on the handle or pressure regulators.
